After subtracting model brakes and lunch I'd say about 4 and a half hours give or take. I purposefully spent the first session doing rough thumbs just to warm-up and plan out the composition plus I screwed up my first lay-in. I hadn't done any life drawing in two weeks so I took my time. I think it shows (in some parts).
Thanks for the compliment man but thats not a good attitude. Go find yourself a life drawing workshop somewhere and draw. Even if I have a bad day drawing I still get motivated to get better as a professional and it keeps everything I do in perspective especially when I see teacher and my peers who are much better than me.
