My scanner doesn't seem to like my zoo sketches too much. Everything comes out blurry for some reason. Here's last weeks batch. I might post some oil studies next.

I haven't posted any zoo sketches in a while. I've decided to do the less is more approach and just do one or two sketches per zoo trip instead of drawing bundles of them. Here are some recent ones from the past two weeks.

I don't know what happened to my other posts I did yesterday. Something weird must have happened to blogger.com. Anyway, I got some new proofs in the mail today. If you want one signed or original art...blah, blah, blah

Something Old

I don't think I ever got proofs of this card but a fan asked for me to sign this card a few days ago so it must have been printed. I guess its safe to post it now. I remember while painting this I was trying to channel the cover art from the toy of that one character in G.I.Joe that had a rottweiler. I forget the name...

I think the art looks better on the card.

New Proofs

I just got some new proofs from Blizzard so I guess these are seeing print. Anyone wanting a signed proof or original art send me an email.

Personal Study

Here's a study I did yesterday based off a photo my sister took. I liked the composition which felt kinda Rockwell to me. I have yet to capture the magic that the photo has. Its still wet so I might try to take it farther.
